Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in this subscription, you agree to the following terms:
1. Enrollment & Billing Subscriptions are billed immediately at signup and automatically renew on the 20th of each month unless canceled through the membership portal prior to the billing date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to the payment method on file. If a payment attempt fails, shipment may be delayed and the subscription may be paused, retried, or canceled at our discretion.
2. Fulfillment Schedule Subscriptions purchased on or before the 20th receive that month’s Ritual Box. Subscriptions purchased after the 20th begin with the next monthly production cycle. Boxes are prepared after the 20th billing date and ship at the end of the month, with delivery expected during the first week of the following month. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are included unless otherwise stated. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address changes must be completed before the 20th billing date. We are not responsible for delays, losses, misdeliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
3. Product Variability & Use Each Ritual Box is curated monthly and contents will vary based on the intended theme, energetic focus, and availability at the time of production. Some boxes may include items intended for ingestion or topical use. Ingredient information for ingestible and body products will be provided within the box or on product packaging. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredients and determining any allergies, sensitivities, or contraindications prior to use. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Use of all products is at the customer’s sole discretion and risk.
4. Cancellations Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the membership portal. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before 11:59 PM local time on the 20th of the month. Cancellations submitted after this deadline will apply to the following billing cycle. Processed payments are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Damages All subscription payments and shipped boxes are final and non-refundable. Returns are not accepted. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery and must include photo documentation. Replacement approval is at our discretion.
